Karate For Kids

Martial Arts For Adults
Our Martial Arts classes for adults are top notch. Our instructors are actively involved with each student and the benefits that our program has on and off the mat. From safely taught self defense skills to physical fitness, our adult program delivers real world results for this ever-changing world. We Have A Class For All Ability Levels
At Yi's Karate of Vineland our progrmas are designed to accommodate everyone, no matter your experience or athletic abilty.
Each of these programs are run by our highly trained and certified instructors.
Basic Program
Our basic program is an opportunity for students new to the art to work on basic Tang Soo Do techniques, work on their physical conditioning, basic life skills and goal setting, as well as basic self-defense techniques. The starting age for this program is 4 years old and up.
Black Belt Club Program
Our benchmark program, where we train and develop the next future black belts. We teach our students advanced Tang Soo Do Techniques, Advanced Life skills, personal safety and goal setting, character building and the development of Complete Self-Defense. We meet each student at their level.
Leadership Program
Our advanced and highly rated program where we shape our students into Leaders of today, through the use of our Leadership curriculum where we teach our students skills that will help them become effective leaders as well as put them on track to earn Leadership Certification.
Teen and Adult Class
For our students 13 and above, we offer classes for individuals who are interested in training in Tang Soo Do at a later stage in life. Students have the opportunity to work on Advanced Tang Soo Do Techniques, Advanced Life skills building and Complete Self-Defense techniques that are age appropriate for our teenagers and adults.

What price can one put on their child's safety and well being? It has been wonderful to watch as our daughter is instructed in the manner of how to identify a stranger; more importantly what to do should one try to put hands on or harm our child. Through the training at Yi's Karate of Vineland, our daughter has grown wiser and stronger. She's receiving the life skills that we want her to have. Yi's Karate of Vineland is reinforcing what she is learning at home in regards to discipline and respect, and amplifying in areas that they specialize in with the martial arts.
